Weezer - The Red Album

Let’s be honest people, Weezer will always remain in the shadows of their 1994 self titled debut album. Not changing their sound a whole lot from album to album, maybe getting heavier with singles such as Hash Pipe and Dope Nose and then attempting a new wave feel with 2005’s Make Believe which left many fans disappointed.

However Weezer’s 6th and Communist album proves to be a very experimental album most notably in The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived which changes styles so fast and so often that it made me rethink my career choice. It should also be mentioned that everybody else in Weezer gets their turn in the spotlight by singing on a track. For non-Weezer fans this album is passable, however if you consider yourself a fan of Rivers and Company then what are you waiting for?

Coldplay – Viva La Vida

How do I know you are gay? Because...well…you know the rest.

But if listening to Coldplay makes me gay then I don’t want to be straight. With their fourth release Coldplay delves deeper into their heavily influenced yet strangely original sound. They were able to create an album built upon songs that flow well together but can stand alone as singles. Overall I couldn’t recommend this album enough; it shows that Coldplay can not only play to the pop charts but also progress substantially as a band.

Snagged a new artist and some things will be changing regarding the "Theme" of the site. Either way, expect comics to be coming out EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. Other than that, thanks for the donations so far! Enjoy the comics as much as we enjoy making them :)
