Look. I want to be ironman for the sole purpose of feeling like Samus Aran from the Metroid series.  Transexual tendencys aside, it's the cool visor i want the most.

True enough, iron mans suit runs circles around Samus's but Samus had the cool video games before iron man had the cool movies. Or really cool anything, except song that reminded you of him. There is no metal ode to Samus, which come to think of it, should be rectified.

Robert Downing Jr has been lauded for playing the role of tony stark perfectly. I agree absolutely, but it should be noted that he could have most likely frowned the entire film and maybe grabbed himself from time to time and still be considered a fantastic actor in that role. He has the very look, and soul of billionaire Tony Stark. Just like Jeff bridges had the very soul of "The Dude" from The Big Lebowski, and what I'm trying to say is, it was hard seeing him as a billionaire jack off. I kept expecting him to pull out a fatty and ease Mr. Stark into a seat, all the while salivating over this newest toke. Who knows, maybe he played the role well, but really there wasn't much of a role to be played. Obediah Stane sucked. He was a terrible villain. This is no joke, there was no motive other than "Teehee I'm a bad guy, i want money" which may have worked back in the day, but those were also the days where superheroes had about zero weaknesses. Other than moon rocks. It's a new generation of comic book heroes, so make sure to bring the villains up to speed. We're supposed to empathize with them slightly. Lesson over.

Personally i enjoyed the romance between Ms Potts and Mr Stark. I thought it felt somewhat organic, but still pretty outlandish in that comic book way. These types of relationships don't happen in the real world, but if they did, i bet it'd be a little something like that. Still, i WAS expecting her to call him Frodo by mistake a few times. The best part of the movie though, is the very last scene and the scene after the credits. Why can't all super hero movies give that sense of excellent closure?

Snagged a new artist and some things will be changing regarding the "Theme" of the site. Either way, expect comics to be coming out EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. Other than that, thanks for the donations so far! Enjoy the comics as much as we enjoy making them :)
